Return Policy
Because each item is custom made, personalized, or created specifically for your order, custom products are final sale.
If there is a mistake with your order, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it. I will review the issue and do my best to make it right.
Returns or refunds are not available for:
- Approved designs.
- Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer.
- Spelling errors approved by the customer.
- Color differences caused by screen display settings.
- Change of mind after production has started.
- Items damaged after pickup, delivery, or shipping.
If I make an error with your order, I will take responsibility and work with you on a fair solution.
